Legionella Control Association membership.
All LCA Members demonstrate that they have complied with the LCA Code of Conduct and LCA Service Standards and are committed to helping their customers prevent legionellosis and keep their water systems safe. Building Monitoring Services Ltd are current members of the Legionella Control Association and comply with the LCA Code of Conduct which can be found by clicking here.

As of 1 July 2025, online verification via the LCA website has replaced physical certificates for all LCA members. As such, the web listing will now only confirm validity at the current date of viewing, and will no longer state an expiry date.
